The european Union allocates large resources for furtherance and subvention each year which are often not used because the way to the source appears far too hazardous and difficult to make out.   Picture the european union as a vast pharmacy the walls of which are lined with little labelled drawers.   Each drawer contains a precious herb.   Unfortunately the new maroccan cleaning lady, eager to do a good job, cleaned these drawers with eau de Javel. Malta and Cyprus), in East-Europe stretching to Mongolia, but also Asia, Latin-America, the Caribbean (Martinique and Guadeloupe, oui Monsieur!), in the Réunion, in the Guyanne francaise up to the multiple less known areas of this world (suche as St.Pierre et Miquelon).   Very important: numerous Language support-programmes which you should have a closer look at and about which we will report in the chapter Youth and Learning.   The most difficult question now arises: Where does the EU NOT spend MONEY?   For some areas or countries there are special regional projects which are also financed by special funds. We inform you about these.   Of course there are numerous projects, in which especially young people and students, learners and those willing to learn can profit from financial support by the resources of the EU.   A whole string of Work-Procurement-Measures; Integrational- and Reeducational programmes and even transnational programmes for night watchmen (new termini: Security assistant WITH Excel-skills) are being generously supported .   All these resources must go through the correct claiming procedures!
