Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 on support for rural development
from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee
Fund (EAGGF)
SECTION 8
Forestry
Article 24
Forests excluded from support under Article 29(3) of
Council Regulation (EC) No 1757/1999 shall be:
(a) forest or other wooded land owned by central or
regional governments, or by government-owned corporations,
(b) crown forest and other wooded land,
(c) forests owned by legal persons at least 50 % of
whose capital is held by one of the institutions referred
to in points (a) and (b).
Let us see why it could become important. Mr van Hulten,
MEP, one of the most dynamic representives in the European
Parliament, asked the compent Commissaire, Mr Frischler,
how he could explain that the poor House of Oranie (one
of the richest families in the world) could apply for
subsidies for its olijf-tuin in Porto-Ercole... Ask
your MEP about similar intelligent initiatives...

Schauen wir mal, warum diese Frage des rührigen
niederl.MEP van Hulten sich so tückisch erweist:
Gemäss EU-VERORDNUNG (EG) NR. 1750/1999 DER KOMMISSION
vom 23. Juli 1999
mit Durchführungsvorschriften zur Verordnung (EG)
Nr. 1257/1999 des Rates über die Förderung
der Entwicklung des ländlichen Raums durch den
Europäischen Ausrichtungs- und Garantiefonds für
die Landwirtschaft (EAGFL)
ABSCHNITT 8
Forstwirtschaft
Artikel 24
Als Wälder, die von der Förderung gemäß
Artikel 29 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1257/1999
ausgeschlossen sind, gelten
a) Wälder oder sonstige bewaldete Flächen,
die im Eigentum von Gebietskörperschaften auf zentraler
oder regionaler Ebene oder von öffentlichen Unternehmen
stehen,
b) Wälder oder sonstige bewaldete Flächen
im Eigentum von Königshäusern,
c) Privatwälder im Eigentum juristischer Personen,
deren Kapitalvermögen sich zu mindestens 50 % in
der Hand einer der unter den Buchstaben a) und b) aufgeführten
Einrichtungen befindet.
Mr van H. also hörte davon, dass das arme Haus
Oranien (eine der reichsten Familien der Welt) europ.Beihilfen
für seinen königlichen Olivenhain in Porto-Ercole
beantragt hatte und fragte also bei Kommissar Frischler,
wie das so verlaufen sei...
Fragen Sie doch Ihren Europa-Abgeordneten, ob er ähnliche
einfallsreiche Anfragen gemacht hat....das macht Ihnen
die nächste Entscheidung bei der Europa-Wahl leichter.

Vediamo un po' perché questa domanda del dinamico
rappresentante olandese, van Hulten, MEP, si è
rivelata talmente perniciosa:

Le foreste escluse dal sostegno ai sensi dell'articolo
29, paragrafo 3, del regolamento (CE) n. 1257/1999 sono:
a) le foreste o terreni boschivi appartenenti al demanio
statale o regionale, o di proprietà di enti pubblici;
b) le foreste e altri terreni boschivi appartenenti
alle case regnanti;
c) le foreste di proprietà di persone giuridiche,
il cui capitale è detenuto per almeno il 50 %
da uno degli enti menzionati alle lettere a) e b).
Ora,
si tratta di boschi o di giardini (tuin in olandese)?
Non è cosi facile perché si dice olivenhain
in tedesco che vuol dire hain boscho.... si traterebbe
di un terreno boschivo...?
Non
avvrebbe una tale importanza se una domanda di aiuto
finianziario non sarebbe stata richiesta dalla famiglia
reale di Olanda, una delle più ricche al mondo,
per la sua proprietà di Porto Ercole...
A
proposito: domandate al vostro deputato europeo se ha
anche fatto domande tanto originali.

saperne la risposta...
